10-Week Performance Sessions
Build a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete this spring. Expert-coached sessions designed for 7th and 8th grade athletes — train once or twice a week on your schedule.
Sessions run Mondays and Thursdays at 3:30 PM (55 min). Athletes attend one or both days each week — your choice. Testing week athletes come to one day only.

* Spring break sessions (March 18 & 20) are at 10:00 AM instead of 3:30 PM.

* Payment is collected in advance via the booking link above. Athletes can attend either or both days each week based on their selected package.
